1818 French Ladies Almanac or Calendar- 20 miniature engravings with poetry and other wonderful sayings and guidance for young women. Signed by Jean Paul de Coch or de Cock to his Fiance in the front. Some spotting and very slight toning in its original case that has been shrunk wrapped previously to preserve the case's condition. Is his signature a sexual Pun? Translation would be...John 'the Cock'. Similar selling at $115.00 but those copies lack the case that this copy has intact.. A rare item.

The Old Farmer's 1875 Almanac by Robert B. Thomas, Boston: New England News Co. 48 pages of information and news about New England and some notes by owner in pencil interior. Retains original string attachment as that is how they were often hung in the stores. Nice graphics and excellent ads for a variety of items. Both back and front covers retained and in very good condition with light tone interior and minor spots.
