The ephemera items located in this section are from hand written items from the early American or European periods right through to modern day printings or signed paper items. Ephemera collections can focus on a particular period of history, person, place or specific event. We have tried to break down the sections into various categories so take your time and browse. We are always looking for new material (that is old) and we welcome your questions!

Signed Ephemera

100th Oxford Boat Race Autographs Crew includes Cox.

Extremely rare group of signatures of the Oarsmen and the Cox for the 100th Oxford and Cambridge boat race where Oxford won. Tipped in signatures of Dick Wheadon, E. V. Vine, J. A. Gobo, R. D. T. Raikes, H. M. C. Quick, J. McCleod, E. O. G. Pain, J. J. H. (Jonathan) Harrison, and W. R. Marsh (Cox). Some tears to the Illustrated London News, dated April 3, 1954, numbered pages 504 to 548 with many illustrations and ads as well. Great articles on Vietnam, the King and Queen, boat disaster, plays etc. but the feature for us is the article on the 100th boat race. This is a one of a kind item. Estimate: $400-$500. Signatures are on lined paper that has some slight loss on the reverse and marginally affecting one of the signatures, otherwise, article and signatures are in good condition.

Starting Bid: $100.00 SOLD!!!
